> **Avantages**: One of my favorite features is that you can use this over social media apps. That is super convinent when some of the individuals you need to communicate with can only be reached via something like Facebook messenger. The dashboard is also very impressive. It connects you almost immediately to everything that you need to reach clients or work mates.

> **Inconvénients**: There were two issues that I saw with LiveCaller. First if you want to have the ablitiy to speak over social media the price does go up monthly. Second I have dropped calls in app before. you have to have a strong wifi connection or good data connection.
> 
> Overall it was a great experiance. Easy to use wherever I need to and offered to be used over many platforms.

> **Inconvénients**: The main issue I ran into is the widget does not show up within my application when installed as instructed. We're still figuring this out.&#10;Also, I would like to delete calls, chats, and review data I collected during testing and haven't found an easy way to do that yet. However, customer support has been super helpful.
