As a result, if each item has 25 variants, the plan only allows for 16 unique product listings—far fewer than expected. > > I subscribed to the AutoDS Starter 400 Plan less than 30 days ago, expecting it to allow 400 product imports, as stated on the signup page. However, after importing just 65 products, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my subscription limit due to product variants. Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed that my plan only allows up to 400 product variants, not 400 individual products. This distinction was not clearly communicated at signup page, and the wording is misleading. "400 Products" strongly implies the ability to list 400 products, yet the actual limitation on variations makes that number significantly smaller. For sellers making business decisions based on these details, such unclear phrasing creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. Because of this, I’m considering using the same service I currently use for my other eBay stores, despite the downside of manual ordering.
