Being able to link existing review accounts in the click of a button means sycing all existing business review accounts into Cloutly takes no time at all, and then having the customer dashboard where they can read an reply on the spot is perfect. Plus with customer database import lists, marketing automation, and video upload, for us it was a winner. We've done our research and at the end of the day it made sense to team up with Cloutly to offer the software to our clients, and for us it's a winning move. We're investing in the software, and we'll continue to roll it out to our clients long into the future, whilst integrating it into our systems and platform too on a deeper level. > > **Inconvénients**: I haven't found something I don't like yet....
