### "Meraki Automation Platform Fills in the Gaps" — 5.0/5

> **Avantages**: As we scale our Meraki-based MSP solutions we have found the native dashboard to be limited with respect to en masse configuration changes of group policy, firewall rules, QoS and traffic shaping, as well as a restricted functionality of templates and network creation/activation.  The Boundless platform leverages Meraki's API to fill in those gaps.  If you have delved into the Meraki developer page and thought about all the things you wish you had the time and resources to do, this is where Boundless comes in.  They have built a nice UI and are continuing to develop and add more features.  Their support is great and their pricing is reasonable.  I look forward to continue working with them in the future.

> **Inconvénients**: No complaints about the core functionality.  Whenever I have observed error codes or UI issues Boundless has fixed them promptly.

> **Avantages**: The ability to audit and manage all parts of a meraki network or device config, across as many clients, different orgs, different networks as we want. As an MSP, we have many clients using meraki devices, so managing them all from a single pane of glass helps our daily jobs immensly.

> **Inconvénients**: Importing many meraki orgs takes some time (this is more of limitation on meraki API calls), but not a lot of effort.
> 
> They do everything they can to get their product to do what we ask. I haven't seen any product as well polished in recent years that we've tested, or that add so much of a quality of life improvement to working with meraki networks.
