> **Avantages**: We use all Apple products at our school, Carousel was a clear choice as we are able to deploy the robust signage solution to our Apple TV devices that we already had in every classroom in a matter of minutes.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like it noted more that Carousel on Apple TV doesn't support video streaming. This is a limitation of the hardware, not Carousel but would be good to know the Apple TV specs on the site

> **Inconvénients**: The initial setup was challenging and difficult to implement without Carousel support. The bulletin layout tool is cumbersome, slow, and time-consuming, resulting in below-average outcomes. It is much easier to create content on other platforms and convert it to raster format for upload.
> 
> Understanding the configuration and system terminology took time to fully utilize the system's potential. However, tutorials, workshops, and support were essential for user adoption throughout the organization. Dashboard management is simple as long as the channels are properly tagged. I found Carousel's support invaluable in setting up and implementing the Digital Signage system across more than 30 facilities throughout the USA.

> **Inconvénients**: There isn't much, but maybe the compatibility, and having to purchase a BrightSign Device, which is expensive for us.

> So far, it has been great. If we have questions, support quickly answers them. The beginning process was great, just learning about the system and having a free trial. They even recommended a local shop for us to borrow BrightSign devices for the trial.
