"Using Scissors"

Commentaires: I thought the sales person was rather bold/arrogant - making claims just to get a sale and using buzz words to make the product look fancy. But I also understand that the product is not always represented by the sales person so I decided to consider the product on its own merit rather than be swayed by the sales person.

Avantages: The sales person was right in saying that it was more efficient and effective. Normally I would be suspicious when people make statements like that. But I totally see how it is both efficient and effective, it isn't some buzz word being thrown around.
Efficient - it reduces manual work on the recruiters part
Effective - we get better closing rates
I admit that I was only thinking about the cost when considering this product. But after using it, I find my old process costed me more financially.

Inconvénients: I had two big reservations
1) my clients had access into my candidate pool. I was concerned they might poach my candidates
2) the process of onboarding my existing candidate pool onto the software. But I realized that poaching happens anyhow, regardless of the software. And secondly, the process of onboarding my exisiting candidate pool was actually really simple. They've put a lot of thought and work into making the onboarding process rather seamless.
