### "Great for selling to Asian customers in Asia" — 5.0/5

> **Avantages**: Silkpay payment system is very useful to sell physical, expensive products to remote customer.During Covid, our customers in China asked for products to be sent to them, but we refrained to sell them since we worried of scams : someone can ask for the products, pay on our website with a Visa, receive the parcel and then open a litigation on the payment saying that someone stole his card. If this happens, the payment is blocked by Visa and the money is returned to the customer.With Alipay (one of the wallets proposed on Silkpay POS terminals), the customer cannot say that the payment was done without his agreement and therefore he cannot ask for suck a fraudolent refund.Since our payments are now secure, we increased our sales to Asia.
