> **Avantages**: Straight forward, uncomplicated. They have included everything you need to get going and they have made it easy to customize for your style of writing. There is not as much cut and paste as other programs. I used Horizon and Scribeware and was always frustrated by the vast libraries that did not hold the unique situation I was looking at.

> **Inconvénients**: There is a bit of work on the front end to get it the way you want....But on the other hand that is also the reason I like it. I can make it sound more like "me".

> **Avantages**: Eneris' primary component is a highly customization data entry system, which allows you to customize your reports and workflow. With robust offline mode, image annotation, and online report presentation it delivers easy to read reports in an otherwise information dense field.

> **Inconvénients**: Eneris is under current development adding new or updated features regularly. I would like to see an even greater degree of customization at the high level of report templating ie. Linked information, so if a data field is filled in a certain way then additional field would appear or set data could be auto populated.
> 
> Learning new software is always time consuming and challenging, I really appreciate that Eneris has a robust free trial allowing all the time you need to come to grips with the software before any money needs to exchange hands. Additionally, the support team has been incredibly responsive to my needs as well as being able to rapidly iterate on and quickly solve technical issues I've run into.

> Completely enabled us to focus on the inspection process, the homes themselves, the customers, and growing our business.  The software just does what it's supposed to.
