At first, I was worried if I could handle running a busy office with no staff. This lead to a very time consuming experience of trying to figure out where in the many reports that are in the Cloud the info pertinent to us could be found. We did not understand that changing to a Cloud format from V8 would have as many ongoing changes and "bugs" to deal with as we have experienced.
