> **Avantages**: Nowbookit is an intuitive and well-rounded bookings platform. We run our day-to-day restaurant bookings, functions, pre-paid events and large format events off the one platform. We also utilize the voucher capability to manage all of our gift and complimentary vouchers.

> **Inconvénients**: The only negative aspect of Nowbookit is my own personal lack of capability. I'm sure the platform has a range of functionality we don't utilize due to not having the knowledge on how to use it efficiently. That said, the help desk is super efficient and knowledgeable.

> Nowbookit is an excellent platform that caters to everything we could ever wish for in a bookings management system.

> Switching to Now Book It has really enhanced the overall delivery of our product. Whenever we encounter an issue or need assistance in activating a new feature, the customer support team has been incredibly efficient and easy to work with.
