Their customer support is clueless and half the time they just tell you they'll suggest what you need to development as a change to the program even though that change is BASIC COMMON SENSE and no other software functions in such a stupid way (like that you literally can't print checks in number order--it randomizes them). It is not user-friendly. It is not intuitive. My staff struggles every single day. Deposits are taking me EASILY four times as long as before we had this program. > > It's been a horrible experience. Their staff is awful. Their product is awful. They hide the constant extra costs from you, but some of them are basically mandatory like the training program. If you don't use all your implementation hours before your "launch," they just take them even though it's what you paid for, even though you likely still need them. They just would rather take the money.
