> **Avantages**: If I'm being honest, I don't really like anything about Vanilla Soft. Every single aspect of it is rudimentary at best.

> **Inconvénients**: If I have multiple people texting me, when a new message comes in, the other message fully disappears and if I'm not paying attention, my message is now being sent to someone that it has NOTHING to do with. We cannot receive photos. The phones and they're ability to call and it go through is a mess 9 times out of 10. If you email someone with another person cc'ed and one of the emails is wrong/bounces... NOW YOU CAN'T EMAIL EITHER OF THEM without getting Vanilla Soft involved. All of the improvements that have been rolled out have actually made pretty much EVERYTHING significantly WORSE.

> The learning curve of to this program is that you need to memorize the ways that its bad so that you can work around the issue before it even presents itself. I should have to copy every email before I send it, in fear that the whole system is going to crash out the second I hit send. I'm honestly not the hugest fan of the program. It's very much not a user friendly platform in a lot of ways including the fact that literally everything HAS to be resulted to be moved/we cannot just drag and drop it. It's also incredibly inconvenient that your text platform is basically useless in most ways.

> Amazing, I've had it for over 5 years now and do not regret it what so ever. I recommend all new agents to give Vanillasoft a try.
