And this software have lots of features that capable to compare with those big company, but with least expensive. Only thing is that to study it and find out the way to do it right. In June os 2021 the program stopped working and it appears that the entire program is no longer supported. Our biggest concern is that we have had no response from the company, no warning and no communication. They have 12 years worth of our data that we now have no access to. We purchased the software, all of our data is owned and installed on our main server. In the beginning there were many updates and the software appeared to be unstable. The kinks were quickly worked out. It is an east to use inexpensive system. The customer service is lacking. Our accounting department have many outstanding and unresolved emails and phone calls involving issues that date back many months. I recently approached RM representative concerning the outstanding issues, he was rude.
