The tool bar to the left makes it easy to look up clients and add clients to the pending list, one of my favorite features. I often have clients who request appointment times that aren't available and it's convenient to be able to put a specific time, date and service request on the pending list so should that spot open up a window automatically pops up to remind me of that client's request. I also love how I can fit the entire schedule on to one screen so I don't have to scroll to see the full day. It also easily organizes the Employee Supply Usage by products, making ordering infinitely easier. > > **Inconvénients**: My biggest flaw with this software is probably the inability to switch between windows without closing out of the current one. Often times I'm switching between booking a client, checking one out, and looking at their history so it's a lot harder to do that when I have to completely close out of the register in order to book their next appointment or do something else. I wish it was more multi-functional. It can also be a bit confusing with how many windows pop up on certain functions. For example, often times when the system logs you out after a period of inactivity it will say that you have yet to clock in even though you have. This has led to a few occasions where I will end up actually clocking out because it said I was never clocked in. I think this is more of a system glitch than anything. > > Overall, Millenium was an efficient software to run the salon with. I had access to all of the reports I needed and learning how to navigate everything was quick with practice.
