> **Avantages**: we have used this tool for years and find it a good tool for unused credit tracking, was great help after during and after covid to ensure clients do not lose their paid airline credits

> **Inconvénients**: would like to see approximate amounts of partial credits, almost all clients need repots on the value of partial credits

> **Avantages**: The best part of this is software is its UI which helps in making our things very quick. It has very phases in the analyzing the reports which can make the things automatically. The best part of the software its simple and secure with elegant features which serves the best in software industry. We just love this since it saved a lot of manual entry and reports that are being generated with accuracy.
