> **Avantages**: The software is well written and feels intuitive in the way that each entry is processed. It allows the capture of all of the data required to produce a comprehensive report for our clients. 
The desktop data manager is easy to use and on occasion we've entered full surveys into the software from this portal rather than using our Android based PDA, we have some clients were security controls forbid the use of electronic devices and/or cameras.
On the odd occasion that something has gone wrong either with data collection, logic application or the handheld device the support we have received has been first class with all issues being resolved quickly.

> **Inconvénients**: THe android survey software is great, but the desktop data manager is probably the same for all of the reports pocket surveys offer. I think this leaves buttons and options open in the software that are not required for our operations.
I would also like to see a good option for re-surveying based on already collected data.

> Excellent. The after sales ans operating assistance has been very good with every issue we've had being solved with an hour or so of raising it. Software does exactly what its supposed to do, It quite literally saves us  hours of admin time. The reports generated are clear and in line with HSG264.

> **Avantages**: Versatile piece of software with helpful technical support.

> **Inconvénients**: Because of this versatility,  you do need to be semi-proficient in programming or database routines to get the most out of this software. It is not like Word or Excel which you can leave members of staff just to "learn on the job". That said, PocketSurvey offer all of the support you need to progress and if you are happy to stick with the "off the shelf" surveys (rather than fully customise) you won't find this to be a problem.

> Very helpful approach, PocketSurvey has helped us to develop bespoke on site survey forms to collect data not paper.  Thanks very much to rep and their Team for the help and support provided over the last six months. Their  approach has enabled us to quickly understand the power of this software and how it can assist calfordseaden's business needs for on site surveying software.
