> **Avantages**: I like the ability to have all ChiroTouch applications and functions on one webpage vs having to open different apps. I also love that I can access my software from anywhere I choose to.

> **Inconvénients**: The training process.  Re-watching webinars.  On-boarding team schedule availability.

> Migration was an easy process and all my data transferred the way it was intended to. There is a learning curve transitioning from server-based because some of the terminology is different, but overall I am satisfied with the product on the Cloud.

> **Avantages**: ChiroTouch has made charting so much easier than my old EHR.  Billing can be tricky at first but once you find your way, it is a breeze. The value for the money is priceless.  It is a complete system that making running my practice easy.  If I get a hiccup in claims, charting etc, the support staff is helpful, friendly and on point. Scheduling is easy and very manageable for all involved. AI feature is nice to have when you need to chart quickly.

> **Inconvénients**: Billing section can be confusing to navigate at times but once we find our rhythm it is a breeze. The AI feature could be better as I was so accustomed to the layout of the macros that were set and wish I could dictate and have it formatted that way.

> Overall ChiroTouch has been a welcome blessing compared to my old EHR.  They are always evolving and making the system even better than before.

> **Avantages**: There really is nothing good to say about this product, at first, it seemed it would be easy until you see and go through there video training.

> **Inconvénients**: There is no actual customer support unless they call you, it's not user friendly, the billing and posting is not consistent so therefore you have to go look for a payment on insurance site, secondary's say billed but no follow through we have had to write off more since chirotouch. So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call.  Worse mistake we ever made going to chirotouch.

We call customer support and you are transferred to 3 people until they tell you they will leave your message with your team leader.   \[sensitive content hidden\] who was our team leader was the best until they replaced her which they do often to put blame on someone else.

The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge. You can tailor it to fit your practice very well, including patient communication through emails and text messaging

> **Inconvénients**: The biggest downside, in my opinion, is the cost. It’s a significant investment. And there is a learning curve, no way around it. The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge.

> Overall, my experience with ChiroTouch has been very positive. It’s a strong system for patient management, patient scheduling, documentation, and it supports efficient, compliant note-taking. There is a learning curve - but customer service is great and there are a variety of ways to reach out for help - chat, phone, email. The cost is on the higher side, but the level of customization and functionality makes it worthwhile.

> **Avantages**: My call was answered immediately\!  We've been having issues for a few days now and I was unable to use chat and had to call.  I waited so I had lots of time to be on hold and it wasn't necessary.  My call was picked up by \[sensitive content hidden\] and she started immediately on my problem.

> **Inconvénients**: I was unable to use chat.  Apparently my password needed to be updated and I requested a link sent to my email.  I tried it multiple times and no email was ever sent so I was unable to get in to my CT Services.  We are working on that and I am waiting for a future email.
