It is the least intuitive software I've used in my 30 year career, and I've had to use clunkers like SAP. I regularly lose work because I thought I was done with a workflow but there was yet another save that seemed totally redundant. Also, I think there should be some bubbles that can help understand individual buttons with org-specific information. e.g. The editions should show how my org uses it. I would like to see features to automate trackers and get notifications on new request creations or part creations irrespective of me being a part of it directly.
