> The program is user-friendly and is easy to use, if you don't overthink it. Customer service will say someone will call you, but you'll hardly get a call back. The customer is never right from their perspective, rather their metric is. Your patient data automatically disappears/ inactivate in their software.

> Terrible. Overall, not a great experience. Complex system. failed promotions, billing fraud with inaccurate census representation.
