The driver scorecard doesn't work for our company because our drivers are not assigned the same vehicle every day. I can deal with these issues, but not the performance of their GPS tracking. The worst part about Nero is their ability to actually track our vehicles. They constantly track way off from where the vehicle actually is or tells us the vehicle has been parked when we know it has been moving for hours, I get speed alerts that are not physically possible, we lose connectivity altogether when our vehicles go in to the mountains. On several occasions the GPS has not picked up our vehicle location for several days. > > We complained about the issues we’ve had for the first year and they just kept making excuses, resetting our GPS and I would have to unplug the device and plug it back in, which was a huge waste of time. Recently they told us that we had to run wires over to the glove compartment for them to work properly, which was never told to us before. Now they are wanting us to pay for someone to come out and re-install the devices, but at this point I am done dumping time and money into something that doesn't work. It gives latitude and longitude and that is basically it. > > **Inconvénients**: That if you are on the phone with the person who calls you but their don't accept gps location signal or someone is calling from a flip phone it really doesn't work. It also doesn't give the right location. It could be off by a few mile and that can cause some problems when you need to get the right location find someone. So basically it is not capable on all phone or land line and location can be totally off. > > It is ok sometimes but I think it could be up grade so that it could put my customers at ease when I am trying to find someone. I have little success using this application. Device would get disconnected and we were not aware > > We have had 20 units and started as a client in 2013. We found better technology for less cost. Unfortunately Nero has an auto renewal clause in their contract. We don’t believe this will stand up but unfortunately are now in a battle with them over the cancellation. We had paid every invoice from 2013 on. We believe 30 days notice is more than fair.
