> **Avantages**: Customization - however it takes a lot of effort and time to customize every aspect creating countless rules. Further, if there's a change in process, or change in person that built it, a great amount of time is required to learn what is involved

> **Inconvénients**: Dashboard, interface, calendar. &#10;The dashboards were not showing for example what a manager needs to know for their team such as how many projects they currently have or are being worked on.&#10;&#10;Interface - very slow, cumbersome. Earlier versions were much better that had a launchpad like a homepage to see everything that was happening.&#10;&#10;Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day. For example an events team cannot see what projects are due or critical milestones for those projects compared to other projects.

> I don't think Wrike understands customers. I think there's a lack of misunderstanding with how teams within a department use Wrike.&#10;&#10;The high cost of learning wrike, with the intricacies of blueprints, automations, workflows, rules, and then people coming/going from an organization causes a massive amount of learning and rework. Its almost as if you require someone full time to keep developing the product.

> **Avantages**: Easy to use, configure Spaces to meet the needs of my team and organization. I particullarly like the report creation features that helps us with KPI and provides visibility of our current status to the team. I also like the help boards and the ability to add or vote on new features as needed. Team collaboration on projects has improved and as an operating environment we can ensure all project related information and tasks are within the project, keep focus and not having to dig through emails to find what I am looking for or when.

> **Inconvénients**: Licensing costs, seem high when compared with some other solutions, making adding licensing a somewhat complex ROI justification. We have struggled with some features we would like like time keep integration with our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software integration (Using SAP), so we are not using Wrike to get a good estimate of estimated verses actual from Wrike, but rather using 2 systems to get to utilization a variance to project estimated hours. I have noticed that some implemented changes by Wrike seem to overwrite my custom settings and changes how the Space or particular screen and tree view are shown, though I did not make a change myself.

> As the manager who orginally sought a software to implement for a team of persons \&gt;40 that allows one place to have a single source of truth related to our projects, the experience has been very good and appears to have long lasting positve impact. The system is good for onoboarding new hires and easy to share information on projects current status and projected status.
