> **Avantages**: It has created a more organized, welcoming, and accessible experience for volunteers. The platform is easy to use for people of all ages, especially on mobile devices, which is important because it allows volunteers to browse opportunities independently, sign up for multiple shifts, and feel more connected to our mission. From tracking hours to communication and reporting, VolunteerHub has become an essential part of our daily operations.&#10;An additional valued aspect of VolunteerHub is the customer service, responsiveness from the reps, whether it's about a request, issues, or just connecting.

> **Inconvénients**: The initial setup and learning process felt overwhelming simply because we were transitioning from a very manual system to a much more robust platform.  However, the training resources and support team were extremely helpful throughout the process. Like any software, there are occasional features we wish were a little more customizable or streamlined, but overall, the benefits have far outweighed the challenges.&#10;I have already shared feedback on ways to customize individual volunteer accounts, including adding notes and seeing their volunteer history by month, or any other option to customize how we view their information and volunteer history, directly from their profile.

> **Avantages**: VolunteerHub has a nice volunteer interface that’s easy to navigate and simple to use.  For administrators as well the features require little training and are very user-friendly.  We have been using this platform for a very long time so the pricing has always been very reasonable.

> **Inconvénients**: It seems like they have not made any upgrades or investments in the platform in a long time. The platform remains relatively the same over the past five years. It seems To lack a lot of the more advanced features than many other platforms now offer.

> When we first adopted the platform, it was great and again the pricing was very reasonable. However, overtime, it seems like they have stopped investing in developing the platform and adding new features and integrations, so it is now far behind many competitors. However, if you are looking for a very simple and basic platform at a very fair price, this could work for you.  It’s a simple platform for volunteers and administrators to use. However, if you have more complicated needs and you are a larger organization, I would not recommend this product.

> **Inconvénients**: I'm still working to set up reports that extract the data we need for tracking and managing volunteers. The formatting for basic reports is a bit clunky so we are working on building some custom reports that work for our organization.

> My overall experience has been phenomenal. I think the platform works very well for our organization and the support team is top notch.
