I particularly like the communication feature to email families individually, as a whole or a variety of sub groups. > > **Inconvénients**: Can not export data into accounting program such as Sage or Quickbooks, everything has to be entered manually. Can not produce specific report needed for attendance, have to produce manually. There seems to be more an more glitches as we use the system. We previously used a US based software that was in no way helpful with Canadian taxation, Childcare Subsidy, etc. We get top notch service from Childcarepro with very quick response to any issues we may have. We anticipate staying with Childcarepro for many years as they meet the needs of our very large Childcare Centre (250+ registered) in scheduling, billing and data management.
