> **Avantages**: JCS is the best software investment we have made in 30 years of business. We have been able to grow our company substantially by generating analysis reports to help with our decision making. The software is on live data, allowing us to manage multiple locations using a central server. Most importantly for our company, Customer Support team have done extensive custom programming for us in a prompt manner. The software has an easy to use account receivable feature for revolving or installment accounts that allows us to offer in house financing and report consumer credit profiles to credit bureaus. &#10;&#10;Simply, there is not a single software out there that will meet ALL of your needs. JCS is fully equipped and still willing to facilitate custom work to make sure every company needs are met. Feel free to contact us directly. I will gladly get on a call with anyone interested in hearing more about our experience with JCS.

> Sissy's Log Cabin has used the JCS program for over 20 years.&#10;JCS has kept up with the jewelry industry and updated their software to meet all our needs from POS, inventory control, accounting, reporting, customer relations, repairs, layaway's, appraisals, accounts receivable and many more.&#10;We have detailed history for every customer and their purchases at our fingertips.  The customer relationship management program allows us to do extensive internal marketing by generating reports or mailing labels.&#10;We love the texting feature within our repair system.  It allows us to text our customers when their repair is ready with a click of a button.&#10;Pricing our inventory with the bar code system allows us to keep track and makes doing inventory a snap.&#10;JCS also integrates with QuickBooks.  We are able to post sales daily with a click of a button.&#10;This program is so user friendly it enables us to train new employees with ease.  &#10;There are too many functions to elaborate.&#10;The customer service Craig has provided has been impeccable.  He is always there for us day or night.  He is always willing to go the extra mile to add programs for our specific needs.&#10;Sissy's Log Cabin has grown from one to four stores in the past 5 years and the JCS program and Craig's knowledge helped us accommodate this growth.&#10;I have personally used this software from the beginning and I will be happy to discuss the JCS program with you at any time.  It is a great product and has been very beneficial to our company.

> **Avantages**: It is fairly simple (meaning in non-technical terms)  which makes it easy to use.  Plus it an advantage that we have a one-on-one person to speak with to resolve any issues we are having.  Any time they issue an update we are notified of the new features and instructions.  If there are "bugs" in the update (which is not often) the problem is fixed immediately.  Also we have requested certain things and they have worked with us to create or fulfill or needs.

> Our rep and his staff are wonderful \!  Looked into a lot of computer systems  that were set up for retail jewelry stores.  Very happy that decided to go with JCS\!  Nothing but good  things to say about the company.  Being basically computer illiterate the ease of the system has  worked great in our store\!  The support team has always been there  with quick response and always solving my question\!   Can't say enough about the program\!
