It is the backbone of what I do as a Volunteer Manager. It is extremely user friendly. I have always received excellent customer support in a timely fashion as well. The only thing I can think of is you may find at first that some of your volunteers may have a bit of confusion with the Reservation Code feature. You will need to give clear instructions to them on its use. We have been using this feature for over a year now and most volunteers find it user friendly.
