After meetings with their leadership team and hearing their commitment- we decided to make the change.Throughout the onboarding and training process, their team was very supportive and responsive. As with any large change, there was much to learn and a few bumps along the way, but it was reassuring knowing that their team had our backs, would walk us through the process, and were just a phone call away. After going live, we were able to automate many tasks that team members did manually on our other system- and this allowed our staff to focus on more important key objectives.
