The "EMR" in this software dos not comply with regulations and will not work for any practice that provides medical services as opposed to medspa services. Salespeople and onboarding contacts simply seem to disappear once the sale is made. We were reduced to begging them for help and though they could never seem to find the time to help their billing team never missed a bank draft.
