Every time I called, I was given completely different advisement on how to handle the same ongoing issues - none of which resolved with ease. Each person on their team had a different answer and yet none of them worked. The amount of frustration experienced simply trying to communicate with their team was nearly the undoing of my small business team. It had become a daily point of contempt. > > Frustrating. I could go on and on about the lack of customer support being the biggest issue we had, but the bottom line was that their system didn't support our needs on any level and it cost us thousands of dollars.
