Difficulty of integrating with Microsoft Word for producing form letters. A few other things I can't recall right now. > > What I love: web-based, can access anywhere. The smartphone app is WONDERFUL\!\!\! Membership and contact / follow up system are great. Contributions is great\! What frustrates me: No full-blown financial management module (General ledger, check printing, accounts payable, etc. which forces us to use very outdated Shelby financials.
