> **Inconvénients**: Deal card is worst path with narrow horizontal and auto wrap text make it damage to your eyes so table view list is the table deal list is your only one choice. Goal is not counted and logic with deal, some of algorithms is wrong so make the result not right.

> **Inconvénients**: Prices were doubled without any notice.  They claim to have sent an email, but it was just a link on their site showing the new pricing.   Support is non-existent.  They do not answer the phone or email except when you  try to cancel the billing or dispute a charge.  The software often does not operate due to various hosting or other technical issues they have.

> The overall experience has been poor since the support is non-existent.   There is no easy way to integrate this with Outlook email so tracking becomes very difficult for all types of communications with clients.
