It feels like a step back in clarity and efficiency compared to the previous (“legacy”) design, which I still prefer. Fortunately the legacy UI is still available, but I’d love to see the new design refined so it feels as clean and straightforward as the old one. > > I’ve been using Expensify on and off for years, depending on what my employer was using at the time, but for my own business it’s always the default choice. Expensify was a nightmare from start to end. From upgrading our subscription without notifying us and overcharging us behind our back, to never replying to my requests for help and our site specialist being consistently unreliable... and it gets worse. They wouldn't even let us CLOSE the account without going back and forth. There's also no phone support and Concierge is automated and deliberately sends back generic, frustrating messages that have NOTHING to do with what you are asking. I rely on it to have an easy time managing our team and accelerate our monthly reporting.
